Great service, friendly staff, good food

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I would especially recommend it for a business traveller. The staff is very friendly, taxies are inexpensive even when ordered from the front desk, and the food is outstanding. Even room service provides excellent food with the food well prepared, and HOT when it arrives. My server has been the same (L) each time and he remembered me from a previous visit. That in itself is rare at a large hotel chain.
Breakfast buiffet is also great. The only negatiev is that the business center compurters cost after the first 15 minutes, and the music in the center cocktail lounge tends to be a bit too loud to have a conversation.
The room are well-designed, the beds comfortable, and the staff very helpful. I utilized all the facilities, incluidng the gym, which was well-appointed and mannned by a professional and caring duo. I would definitely come back here again. Also, the neighborhood is safe and you can walk to many shops and restaurants in the Zona Rosa area.
