The hotel was more than what I expected. It's not a big 10 story building; they look like condos. The atmosphere was great, very clean & they even have a washer & dryer in premises. My package included daily buffet breackfast; which we were not aware, and that was great! They even have a cook that makes your eggs just how you want them. The room was nice & very clean. The AC was always functioning. The beach was really nice & shallow. I even saw a few small fish swimming around (don't forget your snorkeling gear) If you're looking for a peace oriented hotel; this is the one. No crazyness, only calmness. My Cancun vacation was great!!!! Love that gorgeous turqouise sea!!

The ambiance is perfect for someone who wants to get away from the big places but still have a nice, clean, safe resort. The beach is clean the water is great. The rooms are big and the suite is the way to go when visiting with children. The price is fair and the location is good. The adventure minded that likes to go out of the resort and doesn't need to be led around on a leash by tour guides and planned activities all day will be very pleased with the Ambiance.

This is a nice hotel and I would definitely go back again. Often times how a problem is handled tells you alot about how a hotel is run. While we were there, the building we were in had a water problem. As soon as I went to the front desk to inquire about when the water would be turned on again, they offered to move us to a new room. Just the way they handled the situation was great. The free breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of fresh fruit, pancakes, french toast, made to order eggs, and various Mexican dishes. Pool and beach are very nice also. Beach area is large and not rocky like alot of other beaches in front of other hotels in the area. Water is calm, great for kids. I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

We loved our stay! Our room was perfect and our request to be close to the family we were traveling with was accommodated. I would recommend getting a unit with fridge to keep water and snacks cold. (There was a grocery store almost directly across from the hotel.)The breakfast buffet (which was included) was great, but you sometimes had to wait (5 minutes max) for a table outside on the beautiful patio (inside seating available immediately). The pool was great and the kids' pool was attached to the adult pool (we did have 1 child with us); but, we came for the sand and surf ... and we weren't disappointed! The beach was a BIG beautiful white sand beach and the water was crystal blue! PERFECT! The atmosphere on the beach was relaxing and not a crazy spring break crowd. It was mainly families and couples (which was us -- 2 couples and a child). Again, it couldn't have been more perfect. As for location ... it was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the "downtown" area for dinner and nightlife. PERFECT! I would recommend this property to anyone ... unless, of course, you are looking for a wild spring break crowd.

The hotel is very small when compared to all the other hotels in Cancun, but it really makes no difference, in fact, it's even better. When we checked in they gave us a room upgrade with breakfast included. The staff was more than friendly, mexicans will treat you like anyone who stays at a hotel should be treated. The food was excellent and the restaurant very romantic at night. Pina coladas are amazing!!This hotel is awesome not only for the price...just because.
