A beautiful hotel in a great location.

This hotel is located in a very nice part of the city. Very close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and their suggestions for tours, tango shows and other attractions were excellent which made our stay very enjoyable.
Not up to Sheraton standards

Carpet needed to be cleaned. They vaccuum ok but it was dirty and needed cleaning.Shower had mold. They tried to clean and made it better but it shouldn't have been there at all.Bathroom sink vanity area has what appears to be mold stains. The ...Read more

Good location-right in the center of BA. Decent Rooms. Stay in the executive rooms they are much nicer than the regular rooms.

Located a block from the pedestrian street Florida and the Galleries Pacifico mall. Comfortable bed, good facilities for business. Elevators were slow.
