Relaxing vacation

Mazatlan is an awsome place to visit. The Inn Mazatlan hotel was very nice I loved the Junior Suite that I stayed in loved the beach/pool view it was like paradise. I would recommend this place to everyone my family truely enjoyed the stay. Can not wait to go again.

The rooms are comfortable and the help is way above anything I've experienced in the US.The help always had a smile on thier faces and willing to help in any way, Can't wait for a return visit!!

home away from home

We own here, a family of 4 including a special needs child, (autistic) he loves it. His limited food selections they have. The staff is very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The rooms are lovely especially the newer ones, cable TV could be work on with more channels for the teen years. The pools fab! Everyone should try this place atleast once, you will return. Don't do full inclusive, not worth it, only one eating establishment. Breakfasts are the best!

We were invited down by some friends that have had a time share for 26 yrs, We only stayed a week, next year we will stay 2 weeks. You meet all the people that are there every year at this time. We made alot of new friends including the staff. The staff is awesome.Ijust wish they could do something about the drive from the airport,YUK. We can't wait for next Oct.

This hotel was beautiful. The room was great, and we had a great view of the ocean. The beds were a little hard but not terrible. I don't recommend the all-inclusive plan because the restaurant only has one restaurant. The staff was really nice and helpful.
