Most hotels in Europe include some form of breakfast in the price. Not even a roll. And then the charge for breakfast was 14 Euros. When we arrived internet use was free in the "business suite." Then half way through our stay they "reinstated" a 5 Euro/hr charge. Internet cafes in Dublin typically charge 1-2 Euro/hr.

This great 4-star hotel was within walking distance of Nassau St and Grafton St, the shopping heart of Dublin. The staff was eager to help. Highly recommend this hotel.

"Hotel is nice & clean. Location to all tourist sites & museums are within 1 mile of hotel. One particular hotel staff member was pretty rude and definitely needs to take guest services classes. When flying in from N.Y. you hope that your room will be ready, but we were told that it wasn't and we could leave our luggage there. It was 7 AM Ireland time and 2AM NY time, so we were pretty wiped out and sat in the lobby with our bags. Management didn't like the site of 2 bleary-eyed people in the lobby and we were given a room right away. "
