Outstanding location in Boston; wonderful staff; excellent amenities/features in room; very clean, very comfortable. Best hotel in Boston, bar none.

Even though I was on the go a lot, the staff were very nice and helpfull. The location was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to the area.

This hotel charges an arm and a leg for a room and parking! What you get in return is unacceptible! To get ice, you have to call room service. 30 minutes later they'll deliver it to your room, with their finger dipped in the ice! Fanueil Hall is the only postive thing about this hotel, and it really has nothing to do with the hotel!

noisy noisy noisy-we had to be moved. small rooms. unbelievably expensive parking--$40 per night. would never stay here again

Walk across the street to Quincy Market; you can't beat this location. The hotel was great and with online travel website we were able to book it at a price we could afford.
