I was there for a 4 day stay and was very pleased. I dont usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write this about the Trump. Great hotel at a great price. I'm already looking forward to staying there again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I've stayed at, if not the best! The rooms were amazing, if you could request to stay at one of the higher floors with a view of the strip, it is well worth the $$! The only downfall was there aren't many dining choices at the hotel, like most other hotels in LV. Excellent choice, one you will never forget!

The Trump Hotel hands down is the best Hotel in Las Vegas, on the Strip. My Husband and I stayed there for his Birthday (March 2009), Romantic Getaway. The Rooms are Awesome , what you see on the picture is what yu get.The Housekeepikng staff was wonderful . The Service from the time you pull up in the walkway is amazing. NO CIGARETTE SMELL ! ! The Food was a little over price but it was worth the money! Would stay here again and again!
5 star wannabe

I would stay again as the price was right having purchased from online travel website ? 4 nights including Friday for $*** total ? and about a 5 minute walk to the Wynn where we did most of our gambling (Trump has no casino). However, if it?s a 5 star experience you want, this is not the place. I have stayed at many 5 star resorts and the Trump pales in comparison. Hotel was originally built to be condo?s but collapse in real estate market forced change of direction. So, rooms are very large and well appointed but really no more that. You have the basics (very basics) of a kitchen in your room but no where to eat, other than on your knee. Bathroom is large and TV in the mirror is a nice touch. Bed and pillows are awesome. Pool area is decent and you get good drinks at a reasonable price and they have great sun loungers. Lounge for drinks (yes, there?s only one) is sterile and closes at midnight. Only place to eat is single restaurant ? we had breakfast there and it was what I would expect to get in a 3 star hotel ? mediocre buffet. Second morning we just decided to have coffee and muffins but could not get them in hotel ? no coffee shop ? so had to go to Starbucks 5 minutes down street. Only one shop in hotel and was closed at 11.30 in the morning when I went to buy sunscreen.
Most of staff is friendly, particularly door staff but the whole experience is just not 5 star. It?s the little things ? only 5 coathangers in room when we arrived (they brought more up on request), only 1 cup for coffee (they brought another up on request) and the room was not made up at 3.30 in the afternoon when we returned from strip on first day (they cam as soon as we called). You have to pay a $15 per night resort fee that covers things like the coffee and newspapers and valet for car ? even if you don?t have a car, and they charge you $12 per night for internet.
