San Juan Vacation at Condado Plaza Hotel.

Hotel was excellent. Checked in much earlier than anticipated without any problems. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated with very prompt room service. Glass walls in bathroom is nice for couples but provide little privacy for family. The facilities were great and the staff very friendly and courteous. Food was very expensive at the hotel but options are just a 5 minutes walk away on Ashford Ave. Disappointed with parking fees for hotel guest's car. Will visit again anyway.

It was m first time in PR and it was great. Staying here helped a lot. I got a lagoon view room and was surprisingly pleased, the view of San Juan is great. The private beach is okay, but I walked down the street to the main beach, all the restaurants in the hotel are great, the room was nice, the balcony was a great place to relax after a long day. Also I had no qualms with the bathroom, it was a little on the small side but there was nothing bad about it, no water leaking, no fungus, no sewage like some others have pasted. All in all it was a nice trip, I would defintely stay here again.

The hotel was attractive, clean, staff friendly and helpful. All recreational areas were well kept, good work out room, nice pool an d cute beach. Drinks at the pool too expensive at $10.00!
Would recommend, also good location, not too close to airport traffic and bus stop right outside door to go to Old San Juan.

Got bumped up to a 10th floor bay view room... The Elevators were acting a little whacky though... that would be my only complaint. Other than that everyone was EXTREMELY helpful, and didn't make fun of my spanish. I also won some $ @ the casino too.. rounding out a great experience. I would definitely go back in an instant.

All we can say is EXCELLENT!!!!!!! From the office staff to housekeeping. Everyone was amazing. The Doormen were always ready to get us where we needed to go. The hotel is beautiful. All 3 pools are great. Waterslide brings out the kid in everyone. The beach was nice and clean maybe too close to traffic noise but none the less great. The rooms were great. Clean and just enough room for 2. The only complaint is the elevators were not working properly during our stay. I would come back over and and over again.!!!!!!!
