Be Cautious & Aware

The "hotel" is actually a time-share! When the lobby offers you a tour or complimentary bottle of wine, they are actually tricking you into going upstairs to listen to a 2-hour presentation. Then it's a guilt trip and lowsy service for the rest of the stay if you don't buy in. They also stated the building was "new", but it was in pretty bad cosmetic shape.

A home away from home. Very impressed with rooms and hotel facilities. The kids had a great time. Beware of timeshare. This is a timeshare condo. Full of kids an family, but dont do th presentation. Away from the strip, have a car. We had a great time,I didnt want to come home. Great for couple too. I recommend this hotel to everyone. (beware timeshare)

The Best Place to Stay in Las Vegas!!!!!

This was my first time in Vegas in the this hotel is what made my vacation memorable. The rooms are like small apartments and are so cozy that you don't mind spending time in your room. There are 2 TVs and a DVD plus jacuzzi tub and full kitchen. Located perfectly just five miles from strip so no crowds or noise but still conveinient. South Point is next door for all entertainment/casino/dining needs. Will make this my permanent Las Vegas destination!!!

This hotel is actually a time share. I had stopped by to view the hotel before we needed it, and was very impressed. It is brand new and in the perfect location we needed. The rooms were wonderful. Very roomy more like an apartment than a hotel. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. We had a great stay while in Las Vegas for a wedding.

The Grand View at Las Vegas

We stayed in a one bedroom unit and were very comfortable. I have to admit that it does make it easier to stay in a hotel when it’s as nice as the Grand View. The room is very new and has a great sense of style.

On the other hand, the hotel is a ways away from the action of the Strip. We did get sick of driving back and forth to the Strip. We were thankful that we had our own vehicle so that we could get to were we wanted to go with only a little hassle.

I wouldn’t recommend taking the tour. The sales pitch was a lot longer than they said it would take, and we were very up front about not being interested. But at the same time they didn’t use high pressure techniques, they were just slow.
