The Grandview is the greatest place to stay in Vegas. We've stayed at a couple of different hotels and we loved staying off the strip. The service is terrific, and accomadating. We enjoyed the Point Casino directly across from the resort. We were able to take the shuttle to the strip and back. I highly reccomend it ! The apartment style suite is awsome, it makes a huge difference when your traveling with your family or friends. Your not just stuck in one room. I can't wait to visit again. :)

The Grandview exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Jasmine building which is only 2 weeks old. The one bedroom suite was awesome!!! Had all of the comforts of home with nothing spared. Top-of-the-line appliances and TV's. Extremely large bathroom with huge shower and double sinks. Over-sized jacuzzi tub off of main bedroom. Even though we did not cook during our stay, the kitchen was well equipped and had complimentary coffee and tea. The bed was soooo comfortable as was the sofa sleeper. The room even came with a washer/dryer and complimentary detergent. Full free DVD library and internet service.
The suite was reasonably priced. I have spent the same for a standard hotel room in Vegas.
I highly recommend the Grandview!

This place was great, its located approx 5-6 miles from the strip but has a casino next door. (1) The hotel room are Great one of the best rooms i've stayed in, has everything from washer&dryer to jacuzzi tub. I stayed in the Iris (name of section) the pools were being completed here but across at the next building the pool was very nice along with the workout rm (small). Across the street you have a smaller casino called The Point where I ate breakfast at everyday (midnight special 12-9am) for $*, pretty good food. they also have a nice bowling alley, a Movie theather 12, and a Dance Club. I found there was something for everybody there and OH Yea, 5 miles down the road theres The Vegas Strip !! ps.there is a shuttle that goes to the strip.

this is a condo/timeshare, but can be rented nightly as a "hotel room". The unit is very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. We had no noise problems with other guests, but the refrigerator and a/c are quite noisy. We will definitely stay here again, especially for the reasonable price.
A fraud

It's a just a fraud. No one should go this place. A far away from mainstreet of Las Vegas. Just waist of time. Very arrogant front desk and salesmen. It's not a condominium; it's just a low class apartment. Don't buy this.
