stayed at this facilty for the second time in 4 months. first visit was great. had poor customer service on the second visit from the front desk from one particular worker. she seemed irritated w/questions as she was busy reading a book. she had forwarded all requests to another worker even tho there were no other people in the lobby. however, the morning shift made up for it by being very courteous and friendly.

We stayed on September 9th through September 16th and would definitely return. The location is great, easy access to the interstates and to the great rail system that takes you anywhere you want to go in town. We did have a rental car because we wanted to travel the coast and to Mt Hood otherwise we would have taken the rail system which is just across the street.
The hotel staff was incredible, friendly and always willing to help with directions and other information The breakfast was really gtood. Lots of variety even homemade waffles. I give them a 10. We loved our room even though we didn't spend a great deal of time in it.

I was flying from Philadelphia to Hawaii and staying on the west coast for a night both coming and going to Hawaii.
This hotel had a very nice staff, a quick shuttle service, a complimentary continental breakfast, freshly cooked waffles, etc.. This is a good hotel for the price. It is clean, feels safe, staff is courteous and the shuttle and breakfast were important to me.
The only minor remark that I would make is to get to the breakfast early for the best selection. On my trip out to Hawaii, I got there late and the food was mostly gone, though I still grabbed a couple of yogurts and a banana for my flight. On my trip back, I got there early and it was very well stocked with waffles being freshly cooked, etc... Since I am not a big breakfast eater, both days suited my needs.
I plan to stay there again.
Happy travels!
