This hotel has the roomiest suites in town. It has been well kept and the staff is the friendliness that I have ever encountered. I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you like feeling at home when you are on the road.

I could not sit on the floor as the carpet had a terrible smell. I had to request that the mold be cleaned from the bathroom. My husband came home sick, I think from dirty air filters.

I travel a lot and have never received such great service as I did while staying at the Chase Suites Kansas City. The rooms were very roomy and had a feel of being at home not stuck in a regular hotel room.

we checked in to Chase suites late at night because it was one of the only rooms available in the area. The rooms are large and well laid out, but they look as though it was once a run down old dive that has been cheaply remodled. There was mold growing out of the a/c vents and the room smelled funny. The whole room felt very damp and humid, we couldn't wait to leave.
worth the price of admission

I stayed here for five days and loved it. Except for the flys the room was well kept. The location is great I got to downtown within minutes and to the ballpark in 20minutes. Besides that the best bar-b-que joint is just across the freeway at Tiffany Landing. Staff was helpful even when internet wasn't working right.
