Filthy, disgusting, and repulsive motel.

This motel was a great disappointment. We were traveling with our children on a family vacation and we expected a value motel - few or no amenities at a very affordable price. However, what we found on arrival was:
- foul odor in the rooms
- dead insects (bees and flies) on the bathroom floor
- an air conditioner that could not be used because of the terrible smell coming from it (the staff member's solution to this problem was to spray some deodorizer into the a/c unit)
- stained carpets
- previous guests' refuse on the floor
- defective outlets (found out my cell phone was not charged during the night)
- clogged drains
- non-working light fixtures
- mold on the ceilings
- peeling wallpaper
- water damage
- door lock did not work properly
- hair in the bathtub
- ring of filth left in the toilet
- unkempt office
This is not a discount motel -- this is a property that is not safe, clean, healthy, or otherwise suitable for human habitation. There are many affordable hotels and motels in the area and all of them are better options for any type of traveler. I can not recommend to anyone that they should stay here. Do not stay here under any circumstance.
Great Value, but Room a bit Rundown

The hotel is situated in a good location and it gives a great value stay with some bear bit breakfast. Staff was good. However, the room was pretty run down and we had a sink leak in our room.

We just stayed here this past weekend and loved the experience. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling with family. The check in was quick and easy and the staff very helpful.

We recently stayed at this motel with my wife and kids. I do not live far from Niagara Falls so this was like a weekend getaway. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The motel has just gone through renovation and seems like it. I would definitely suggest this place to all my friends. The Falls were beautiful and this motel added to it all. I would definitely come back.

Price says it all. Check about extra prices for extras before you book. I ended up paying ridiculous $/day/adult for extra person.
