I stayed one night. Easy to get there, right off the highway. A small friendly place. Breakfast included, many choices, all looked good. Would definitely stay again.
Only negative - thare are two floors and no elevator. If you have difficulty getting a suitcase up one flight of stairs, ask for a room on the first floor. I was fortunate that I had only one small suitcase.
When I stay again, I will definitely ask for a first floor room.

My husband and I spent a week at the Manchebo in November. We had an great room and really enjoyed it. Very comfortable bedding and accomodations with a small refrigerator, wireless internet, and room service on demanf. The housekeeping staff was excellent . We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning and the happy hour was fun too. This was our first trip to Norwalk and Norwalk Inn was just what we were looking for... Laid back, comfortable, friendly and right near IMAX theater and Westport, CT. As other have said, the town here and the surrounding city's are absolutely gorgeous! We left for a day and traveled by train to NYC with the mentro and in less thank 45 minutes where at Grand Cental and took a full bus tour of the town, highly recommended! We will be back definatley to Norwalk Inn.

Nice place overall. Regarding the breakfast, I was dissapointed being charged $12 for an extra person. I would have put the value at $8 at the most. It was well above a typical continental breakfast, but well below what I could have purchased for $12. Why not be reasonable? It was nice overall.
