Beautiful location right on the beach. Excellent service. Huge balcony overlooking ocean. Smallish/crowded pool area. Hard beds.

This hotel has a wonderful location and is nice but no Ritz Carlton. A number of things didn't work in our room and staff needs some polish. If want direct gulf make certain they don't put you in the tower across the street.

This resort exceeds all expectations from unsurpassed service,unique enchanting atmosphere,beautiful rooms with every amenity possible,and attention to every detail possible. This is easily the best beachfront hotel in Naples. It succeeds in creating an island tropical ambience without leaving the U.S. When in Southwest Florida, don't miss this experience. Casual elegance at it's finest.

This was exactly I was looking for. Our beachfront room was exactly as pictured and we had the most spectacular views of the Gulf in the morning and for the Sunsets. I would highly recommend LaPlaya to anyone. The food was excellent as well as the service. Sunset at Baleen is amazing!!!!

The PERFECT hotel! Breathtaking decor and sweeping views of the beach as soon as you walk into the gorgeous lobby. Staff was impeccably trained. Rooms were sensationally decorated with lots of "little touches". Baleen (restaurant) is to die for. The spa is fantastic (esp soaking tubs) and intimate. A true GEM of Florida!
