The price was great for the quality of hotel, for us the dinning options were too expensive, with young children and spending much of our time at Seaworld/Aquatica, one was too expensive. Overall a very nice hotel, and a great price.

Front desk was friendly and easy to deal with, when a problem arose with my room, the operator was not helpful, but when I went to the front desk, they were able to accomodate my request. Hotel is located near the Convention Center and makes for an easy walk to the Center

We stayed five days doing christmas week. The check in was simple and easy. Stayed on the 24 floor. The veiw was awsome!!! The bed was very comfortable!!!!! The only withdrawl was the unexpected five dollars a day parking fee!!!

I left something in my room, I knew exactly what drawer it was in and security refused to go look for it even between guests staying in the room (I called them within 24 hours of my checking out). They couldn't even be bothered to keep a record of the report, so I had to explain the situation from the beginning each time I called. I can't remember the last time I've had such callous and careless service at a hotel. I'll never be back.

It was a very nice hotel, it was close to everything they have free shuttles to Universal, Island of Advanture, Sea World, and the City Walk. Lots of security inside and out. Very clean, the pool was great. We stayed on the 13th floor and the view was awsome... will stay there again for sure.
