The hotel and room was great. The beds were very uncomfortable. The customer service was horrible.

The rooms and service was good. The only problem was that they have a night club that is open on weekends, and when it is there are tons of people coming in and out, impossible to find parking and really loud. Just be careful because some of those people don't look nice. It was a bad crowd, not even decent.

This hotel is rated a 3 star. It's more like a 2 star. Don't get me wrong it's a ok 2 star. The AM staff was great, the PM staff needs some work. The beds are very hard, my remote had tape around it to keep the batteries from falling out. It's a good place to stay if your just passing thru Richmond, for a night.

This hotel was great for the price we paid, even though on fridays they have a club there, once you get to the hotel room, it is sound proof. Staff was friendly and hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, it was in a good location as well

The room is large enough for my husband, my daughter and I. The bed is comfortable.
