Disappointing

You can't beat the location - took us no more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. But - the rooms were small and dark, we weren't told of our family benefits at check-in (learned about them on our last day), and the indoor pool was very small. It was too cold to swim outdoors when we were there. At the buffet brunch, we never saw our waitress and had to get a manager to get our bill. It was quite the surprise. We had expected better. This was billed as a 4 star hotel. Honestly, I don't see it. For a business trip, it's probably ok, but certainly not a family hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was freindly and helpfull. The only thing I didn't like was the view from my room. But thats not that big a deal... Great value

Everything about our stay was great. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly.Our room was comfortable and all the services the hotel provided were excellent.

The hotel was very nice, upscale but still family friendly. Room was very clean, the kids loved both pools and we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning in the hotel's restaurant. Had no problems during our stay, hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!
