Convenient but Needs Updates

Very convenient location but room smelled very musty or bug spray - don't know which. Room could have been cleaner. Stairwells need a coat of paint - all the stairwells, railings and steps, look like they have been stripped but never painted. There was no hair dryer but after asking for one it was given to us.

This hotel is a good value for the money. Staff is great and rooms are clean. Be sure to bring your own hair dryer.

Nice hotel when all you really need is a good nights rest.
Walking distance to good restaurants (Isaac's), shopping, historic sites, and recreation (Capt. John's deep sea fishing and whale watching.)
Very friendly staff. Definately no regrets.

Disappointed In Plymouth

Convenience is the single greatest attribute this hotel has. The rooms were in need of a thorough cleaning, smelled very musty, outdated and worn out furniture. The vanity light and bedstand lights would not work - received friendly response from staff but no action to repair. The room rate is high considering the cleanliness and amenities ("free breakfast" very, very limited). Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the whole Plymouth experience.

The rooms could be cleaner, the furniture is outdated and general structure is old and needs updating.
