not a 4 star!

not a 4 star hotel, needs some updating! Bathrooms are cramped, very bad plastic liner in the tub, covering up the tile they used to have, i guess?? The sink is out in the open, so not very private. Beds are comfy, but only thin sheets for covers. You will freeze at night. The parking lot is a nightmare, the spaces closest to the entrances are soooo close together, everyone gets a free door-ding as a souvenir! That is only if you park and don"t leave after noon! Otherwise, you have to park alllll the way on the end of the parking area in the back, the farthest location from the only elevators! Not exactly family friendly! They could at least build a parking deck, to have more spaces! I would not recommend this hotel, and do not intend to stay there again. It is trying to be a Peabody type location, but the truth is, it can't compete!! I would have done better staying at a motel 6, or super 8, so at least you could reach your car in 2-3 minutes if you needed to! What a disappointment!!! Also, I hope you don"t need to use the onsite laundry room, good luck if you lose your money, they won't replace it because it is serviced by an "off-site facility" wow, what great customer service they have!! NOT!!!!
Service Not Good

The front desk was friendly. Room service bad. I called to let them know that the ice machine was out on my floor and they told me to try another floor. I asked, why should I have to go to another floor when you can just refill it. The first day of room service sucked. They left dirty towels and didn't give me clean ones. I had to call the desk 3 times within 30 minutes before someone finally came. The morning before I checked out, a guy came by to change the air filter, while I was getting dressed and trying to pack before 11:00 (check out time). Even thou it's a large building, it doesn't provide good enough service for a 4.5 star hotel.

Not exactly what I would call 4 Star, but it has room to improve. The parking situation is a nightmare, unless you want to pay for valet. The parking lot is at the very back of the building, with about 50 handicapped spots first, then the regular lot. The entrance to the hotel is completely at one end of the lobby, but the elevators is at the opposite end! You have to walk forever to get to them, and if you have kids, and have spent all day at the park, it will not be easy! There are closer spots, but they were always full after the sun goes down! Not to mention that they are WAY TOO CLOSE to each other, lots of door dings should be expected, so beware! Also, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfy, but not enough covers, you will freeze at night! And the bathroom tub is nowhere near up to par with what you would expect. The tub has a plastic liner in it, apparently it is a poor excuse for repairing the tile it may have had previously. The price was a good deal, but I feel we could have stayed somewhere nicer for less money, and less trouble! P.S. Lose your money in the onsite laundry, and they will tell you "too bad", it is serviced by an off-site company???? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!

My son and I stayed for one night to try a new place. We go to Disny a lot and were not to happy with the place that we stayed in the past. The price was nice and the hotel and staff were the best. The room had granite sink tops, glasses instead of plastic cups. We ckecked in in the afternoon and got in late at night so we slept in and it was very, very quiet in the room. The Back stage bar was set up nice with a good stage for the band and lights. The house band was real good, and as a musician good music means a lot to me.I really didn't expect to find that good of quality of music in a hotel bar.The bar tenders were interesting also with the little tricks they did.I came to this hotel to seek out a new place to stay while in orlando and I found it.And a plus for me is I don't have to go anywhere but to the bar to here good music at night
Great
