Spent one night there while on our way to the Cape during a family road trip. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was very large, and comfortable enough for 3 adults. I would definatley recommend this hotel to anyone. Location very convenient, right off of the interstate.

The location between the airport in Manchester and the conference we were attending in Keene, New Hampshire, met our needs. Satisfying shower; hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, frig, sink and counter in the room were available for our use.
The breakfast spread lacked items for my vegan traveling companion, but the assortment for the non vegan was adequate.
Fortunately, we found a wonderful vegan restaurant, Cafe Indigo, within walking distance of the Concord Inn.

Chose the Best Western as we were traveling with dogs, and they are one of 2 Concord hotels that allow pets. Front desk staff was a little slow at check-in and check-out, and not overly friendly. They could have been more welcoming. Parking was hard to come by. Record snowfall this year has claimed many parking spaces. The rest of the experience more than made up for the lack of hospitality and cramped parking. The room (#103) was spacious and clean, and king bed very comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast.....could use another waffle maker for busy times, but great selection and very well stocked. Additionally, the breakfast area was very clean and tidy. We stayed only a single night so didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or workout area. I would definitely stay again.
