Great location near the underground, some attractions and easy places to eat. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large by UK standards and very clean. We would stay here again.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon, we only stayed in London one night coming back from Paris. Since we had little time to see the sites, and this being our first trip there, we really wanted to see as much as we could.
The staff at the hotel went out of their way to point us in the right direction. They explained were and how to take the subway. The concierge got us tickets to the double-decker bus. We saw has much as one can in such little time thanks to the staff at the Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum.
The hotel is well located and the staff is extremely helpful for all he guest needs. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to a major underground station. There was no where we could not easily go. If you had the time and energy one could walk to many major sites. Rooms were a good size compared to what i was used to in other parts of europe. Starbucks was a god send. Would stay there again in a second.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon (our first time in London) and it was lovely. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the tube, markets, shopping, and restaurants... but if you want to stay in, the room service is exceptional (and very affordable) and so is the hotel's breakfast buffet. And if you're looking to travel outside London, the concierges are more than willing to help you do that-- several tours can even pick you up from the hotel.
