Excellent location. First-rate concierge service. Free meals for kids ONLY if special menu used. Wifi expensive. No comfortable lounge for families. Room too small for fold-out. Had to replace room key several times throughout week.
Staying here made me feel right at home.

Excellent location, beautiful lobby, large clean rooms with comfy beds. Really good restaurant and bar. Staff was PHENOMENAL Would be a first choice for accomodations if I traveled to London again.
