Would stay here again. We come to Gatlinburg hiking every year, and this is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the area.
Fall stay

We just spent a relaxing weekend here. Right next to OberGatlinburg sky tram and across the street from convention center. Parking was free. We enoyed the walk down the strip in the evening and found plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was predictable but keeps you from waiting and paying. Skim milk, cereal and fresh fruit was important to me. (No waffle iron like I've seen in many hotels) I like an in-room coffee pot and I was not disappointed, but don't expect a microwave/refrig. The front desk was friendly and prompt. I would stay here again.

Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and many activities and shopping. Plenty of free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our families will definitely stay here again!

Not an enclosed hotel like I am used to from Hampton
room was very tiny, but bed was very comfy
I thought all Hampton Inns had microwave and fridge in room, this one did not.
The location is super if you want to stay in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg
