I booked my room a few days in advance after looking at the pictures posted online of the room. Well I checked in and all was well, i recieved the room i saw on this site, but when checking out, we were informed that we had somehow gotten a CLUB level room, which is not the basic room. So although i was very pleased with my room, you may not get what you are bargaining for with the quality of room, FYI. The basic room has no pictures posted on this site. PLAN ON SPENDING AN ADDITIONAL $20 ON PARKING IN THE HOTEL LOT EACH NIGHT IF YOU ARE RENTING A CAR OR DRIVING. I had no idea. Very nice hotel though, and the breakfast buffet was delicious!

I paid an additional 10.00 through Travelocity for a better room. I called the hotel and asked what came with the deluxe room they stated free waters in room, free internet, and i guess we should get breakfast. I also requested 2 beds. We got here and they said our type rooms were all gone and we got stuck in a one bedroom so they brought in a blow up matress....YES a blow up as if i was camping ?? No FREE waters, no breakfast but they honor the internet. Definitley not happy and wont stay again. :(
Very nice facility

After being disapointed with a hotel stay in Santa Monica last year, we were pleased to see that the hotel lived up to the overall positive reviews in virtually every catetory. The room decor was current and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The parking garage, although pricey, over $ 18.00/day self parking, was covered and easily accessed from inside the hotel. Proximity to the airport is a plus and airport noise is surprisingly hardly noticeable. A good relatively affordable base camp for an LA vacation, business trip or quick visit.

We were surprised at the luxury and comfort of the bed and
pillows for such a great price in Los Angeles. I would definitely
recommend this hotel to everyone. Hot water, clean & spacious!

- The water in the bathroom did not exceed body temperature i.e. was cold!
- The price for parking is mind blowing.
- So is the price for in room telephone calls internationally.
- The internet service in the lobby is not free of charge but cost a very significant fee
All in all I paid for appr. 4 min. international calls from my room and 40 minutes internet an astounding 100 USD!
This should not be the case - you can get better value in other hotels (e.g. Sheraton 4 points I moved in the next day).
