I was very supprise to find that I would have to pay a 12.95 per day fee for the Hi speed internet as well as a fee to to use the business center equipmnent. I wasn't even able to print a single sheet of paper without a fee. Had to pay for parking as well 23.00 per day although it was secure parking.
Nice hotel- just dont leave items behind.

The hotel is pretty close to LAX, but that was not a problem for us as we rented a car. The rooms were beautiful, and the service was wonderful. We would have had a perfect experience if we would have not left our camera behind in the room. Unfortunatly for us, allthough helpful, the security officer said that it was not in the room when he searched for it (when we specifically KNOW we had left it there). This means that we will never have pictures from our trip to LA. I have heard stories of items stolen from hotel rooms, but never thought it would happen to us.
I would recommend this hotel, just as long as you dont leave any of your personal items behind (because you will never see them again).

We totally enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and the room perfect. It was convenience to the airport and yet traffic wasn't heavy around the hotel. It was easy to get in and out of the property.
We highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel was excellent. The staff and service was outstanding. I will definitely continue to request the Renaissance Hotel when I travel to Los Angeles.

It was very nice, much nicer than I was expecting.
And we had very good service indeed.
