i have been staying at the centennial since the day the opened, it has been 12-15 years, we stayed 2 weekends a year, went to the nascar race, we went thru manny owners, as of 2007 the family oriented hotel was wonderful i enjoyed both weekens, now that it is again under new owners, i was only a reservation paying triple then the prior year. all the old staff fired. nothing the same, no charm, no cosy, nothing. so needles to say 2008 we have had to find other hotels. the hotel is very nice, they did a nice job, but it became a upsacle hotel, staff does not speak, they all keep their noses up in the air. and this is a little hotel in a little country town. sorry to say felt very bad leaving, but after 15yrs we would of like a little consideration.

unbelievably upscale at competitive price. never expected such a quality spot in concord, NH. restaurant gourmet quality without off the scale price. plenty of vegetarian options. been other "inns" in New England that think their "rustic charm" equates to OK to charge top rate. they'd be embarassed to see what same money gets you at the Centennial. will go out of my way to stay here in the future and may stop on the way home for lunch......

Charming and unique. Staff was very nice. Recommend upgrade to balcony suite. New dinning room/bar along with new chef made for a very nice visit. Easy access to state offices and downtown area.

I checked into a room which was big but bare. There was very little furniture in the room and I had to sit on the floor to use the phone because there was no desk or chair near it. People who were trying to call me could not get through to me because my phone did not take incomimg calls. I found a message under my door in the morning which was taken at 8:30 the previous evening. The restaurant was closed for renovations. I would not recommend this hotel until they get themselves squared away.
