This is a great hotel for the individual though I see families having a great time as well. I am writing this because I am a regular visitor to the hotel. The Oaks Head office do not employ enough staff to operate the front desk which is a shame ...

This is a great hotel for the individual though I see families having a great time as well. I am writing this because I am a regular visitor to the hotel. The Oaks Head office do not employ enough staff to operate the front desk which is a shame because the staff that work their are terrific but you can tell them get stressed because of the large work loads they are required to do. But I highly recomend this hotel because the rooms are larger than your 5 star hotel but more affordable because there is a smaller labour cost. Its would be nice to see Oaks Head Office giving the front line staff a bit more encouragement as the staff are very good but they seem to change a little too often for my liking.
