The rooms are large, but everything in it is outdated. The staff isn't very friendly. I think it's living off a reputation it no longer has.

This was an all around great experience. The location is in the heart of everything, an easy walk to the ROM or subway or ferries. The price was reasonable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant. We were sad to hear that the hotel will be closing and will be renovated into condos.

I was very disappointed in the room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke to a sore/stiff back.

Very clean hotel. Only complaint is that the door to the room lets in the hallway light at the bottom and sides of the door which I found difficult to sleep with. Bed should be on the other wall so you don't see this. It is great that there is a ...Read more
