absolutely disgusting

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Our first room we stayed in had cigarette burns on the
carpet, a huge yellow stain on the kitchen floor, a giant cockroach, a old dirty car mat as a door mat, the bathroom was straight out of the 50s, the couch was discolored, faded and worn, the cabinets had water damage, and the fridge was rusted. Oh and dont be fooled by the gym pictures it was just as bad as the room. It contained out of date machines and the bikes were broken. We will never stay at this hotel again!
Do not go with children!

We went on family vacation, NEVER will I go again with my children! Strangers tried to sell my children drugs and alcohol, when one of my children refused, someone hit and tried to cut him, of course law was called and report made. Officer stated neighborhood awful about drugs and drug dealers. Rooms very dirty, beds very uncomfortable and staff very very rude!

the room we stayed in had not been taken care of and the staff had a hard time checking thier guests in on time. It is spacious but you could go down the street and stay at the Hilton for a better quality.

"This hotel needs some SERIOUS WORK! The bathroom fixtures were broken, the "kitchenette" (which was nothing more than a broken hot plate next to a sink) was dirty (encrusted food from the last patrons), the floors were filthy (made our bare feet black and complete with roach carcasses) and there were NO fitted sheets on the lumpy beds. I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was kind, and the location is unbeatable, but do not be fooled by online pictures! I am not prone to writing bad reviews, but I couldn't let this go unsaid!"
