The outside needed painting, elevators bad, linens were scarce, overall not good

The hotel needs renovations really bad. The floors were dirty. The elevators were really slow. The rooms were noisy.

Close to beach, excellent pool, multiple jacuzzi's. Very comfortable room. Our stay was pleasant and most enjoyable.

we stayed here during the Tsunami that was supposed to hit Hilo, lucky for us it was a false alarm; however the staff was very helpful when it came time for evacuation.

Overall a very nice hotel. Took a few minutes to adjust to the idea of no carpet but once i realized the reason behind no carpeting, I was fine with it. There is no carpet in the hotel due to all of the moisture from being right by the ocean. The ...Read more

The renovations were nice but there weren't any hooks to hang up your clothes in the bathroom.
