This place was the pits, if it hadn't been for the fact that I couldn't find a hotel vacant I would have checked out, despite pre-paying for the room.
Breakfast was a joke cold waffles, instant coffee and an over-ripe banana left on a dirty table in the "living room". The bedroom was smelly, not made up the second day, bathroom was grungy as was the "common room" shared with a guy who was "renting a room" in the same part of the house. Overall this was a disgusting experience, and not cheap - $* a night. I would have been much better off at a Motel 6.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
Budget Accomodations without the budget price

Very disappointed. Photos on the site don't represent this B&B. No lake view, no gardens, no kitchen or dining table, and the hot tub was out of order. Tiny, tiny bedrooms. Lack of cleanliness - owner didn't clean shared bath or pick up dirty breakfast dishes until dinner time . Disappointing breakfasts every morning (frozen waffles). Common area with television, data port, and refrigerator is satisfactory for one couple but too small for multiple guests. Skip this B&B - I wish I had!
