While some rooms are better than others (hotel has had an addition added in the last few years), staff (especially in the lounge/pub) were beyond rude. Service was non-existent. Staff was more interested in visiting/partying (loudly I might add) ...

While some rooms are better than others (hotel has had an addition added in the last few years), staff (especially in the lounge/pub) were beyond rude. Service was non-existent. Staff was more interested in visiting/partying (loudly I might add) with their friends at the stand-up bar than in taking orders and considering there were only 3 on staff, customers were virtually ignored. And to get from the lounge back to your room, you had to wade your way through the throng of smokers huddled in between the 2 doors. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.
