Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the Holiday in Express in Nashville. Location-wise, it was perfect. We were able to walk to the CM Hall of Fame, and the Sommet Center, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We stored our bikes in the room without feeling cramped. Though a bit costly at $15 per night, the underground parking was convenient for us to come and go. The hot breakfast was a good way for us to start our busy days. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any Nashville travelers.

The hotel was OK I don't think it was rated properly (3.5 star) I think it was between 2.5 to 3.0 star.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, Three of us shared a room and there were three sets of towels and coffee cups when we got there. It would have been nice to have 3 packs of caffinated coffee but we survived. Due to the holiday and other functions the hotel was full to the gills but the free breakfast was good and they kept bringing out new supplies. The hotel is a bit uphill from downtown so be sure to save some energy for the climb back or save some money for a cab. It was actually very handy to everything and easy to get to.

The location to downtown made it perfect for walking to the fun hotspots like Tootsies, The stage, and Country Music Hall of Fame.
The room was neat and clean, my only complaint would be that housekeeping never came back to clean the room when we asked them to come back in 15. When returning from a night out the room was exactly they way it was left in the afternoon.
I am already looking forward to planning another trip to Nashville and hope to be able to stay at the Holiday Inn Express again
