of the two rooms we got, one had a bath-tub which was clogged and in the other one the shower had absolutely no force. The elevator had urine smell.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We arrived late at night. We ad confirmed, guaranteed reservations for a non smoking room. We were placed in a smoking room, without being told. The hotel is filthy. Matresses smelled like urine. ...Read more

Good location, convenient to I-465. Room was spacious; bed was comfortable. Air conditioning wouldn't cool; manager merely suggested I open the window.
