i loved the room....stuff needs to be replaced and renovated but its a beautiful hotel for the price.. those people complaining must have plenty of money to throw around and are spoiled...

My family and I traveled from Colorado to visit family and stayed at the Quality Suites for 2 nights. The rooms were awesome, had a sofa sleeper for the kids in the living room. The only complaint I had was that the movie system did not work in our room. The lady at the front desk was very polite and offered to move us to the room right next door and even brought me the keys. I was quite impressed with everything during our visit.

Stayed here many times in past 6 yrs--great at first--but sadly, last trip was final. Despite constant talk of "renovations," property has gone WAY downhill. Rooms atrocious, and ALL furnishings are cheap, ancient, and damaged. Ditto ALL other complaints + non-working elevator and limited, inconvenient vending/ice machines.

This is the worst hotel on earth. No hot water, no A/C, no screens on windows, locks not working, parties all night, no security, great party place I guess. Will never use or recommend to anyone including my dogs!!!!
