The room was clean and the front desk staff was fine. Our room was close to the highway and I could hear the traffic all night. I tried switching rooms but they were completely booked. The door between the living area and the bedroom was off track. The clothing drawers were also off track and hard to close. I have a 15 month old and was afraid his fingers would get caught. The sink drain could not be closed. The decor was nice. They had two tvs which helped with our 7 year old. The bed was comfortable.

X was helpful with all questions over the phone before we ever got there every thing they said was right on. We are going back next month am looking forward the the visit. Hotel was clean and courtyard beautiful breakfast was awesome. THANKS

BUGS!! Big Bugs!! Switched rooms.. same problem... Staff was not very friendly.

Traveling from D.C. on business. The staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful and friendly throughout my week. The Hotel itself is older, but has great character. I had wireless internet everyday from anywhere in the room, which was nice compared to some of my other hotel experiences. I really enjoyed my time in Baton Rouge!

I brought my wife and child with me on a business trip to Baton Rouge and stayed at the Quality Suites. Though I was in and out, my wife and son had a great time! The rooms were large with 2 TV's. The hotel was able to provide us with a crib even though we checked in after 9:00pm. The hotel was located so close to the Mall, my wife and son spent the whole day there. The front desk even offered to call a cab service to get to the mall and back. We really enjoyed our stay!
