The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice, always willing to help. We also had a good time at the waterpark and enjoyed the Starbucks Cafe in the hotel. Park was adequate and cost nothing. We could hear our neighbors kids in the room next to us but I think that is to be expected in a place with lots of kids.
thanks for the wonderful stay.
Baseball and Worlds of Fun

Hotel was pretty nice. Location is great for a ball game and Worlds of Fun is a short drive all interstate. There was no telephone book in our room or restaurant guides. If your not real familiar with KC its hard to find some of the good restaurants. It's nice that they have both an indoor and outdoor pool. Now, they have the waterpark adjacent to the hotel. Parking lot was full--don't know if people are parking in the lot and going to the baseball game. I'd definitely stay here again.

We opted to swim in the outdoor pool which was nice and large. The only complaint about the hotel was the bathroom seemed a bit dated and the toilet was too close to the tub. Otherwise very clean and modern. I would definitely stay again. Right across the street from Kaufmann and Arrowhead stadiums.
Kansas City Memorial Weekend Trip LOVED STAYING

I grew up in Kansas City and this is the first time I've been back in almost 5 years. I came to visit family and friends and the location of the hotel was Outstanding only five minutes from their house.
It is very family oriented, clean, warm, safe, and comfortable. I know where I will stay everytime I come to KC.
NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT

This hotel has problems. If you go there when the weather is hot, the air conditioners in the rooms facing the west do not work well in the afternoons. Our room was at least 85 degrees in the afternoon. We told the management four times during our weekend stay and nothing was done. We reserved the Club Level and were charged for that but were informed that it was closed during the weekends. We asked for an adjustment to our rate since we could not have the Club Level. The manager said there was nothing he could do. If you bring your own laptop, the internet connection is very difficult to connect to. Could not ever get it to work. In the room, parts of the ceiling near the air conditioner was falling down. The floor was dirty and when the room was serviced they did not replace toilet paper or tissues until we called. It took an hour to get toilet paper delivered to the room at 9:00 PM. There is no hotel shop. The bar is not open. It has a water park attached. Did not visit the park, but there are lots and lots of kids running the halls. The elevator is really slow. Plus for a hotel that has almost 400 rooms that have 2 coin operate washers, one of which took two hours to fill with water. Plus there is one dryer.
