Enjoyed stay very much

Had initial concerns about reserving a hotel room through the internet as was done here. Experience turned out very positive. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast buffet was just right (you have to try the Zulu coffee). I was very pleased.

This was a fine place to stay for the price. The in room literature indicated that no continental breakfast was available on the weekend, but we called, and it was. Desk and room service was top notch. Exterior decor makes this hotel stand out from the generic white wall types. My only disappointment was when I first drove up, the hotel seemed older and perhaps rundown. All facilities and equipment, however, was clean and in working order.

Small things add up in a big way at this colorful and cheery spot. Quiet location, quadrangular building design with interior courtyard - pool, plenty of plantings, extra eye appeal. The breakfast (hot mon-fri,cont. sat,sun) nicely done and much better than the usual, really good coffee and Danish too. Two desktops side by side in the lobby for guests who don't pack a laptop and complimentary cookies, drinks, fruit as well. Go there.
Quiet and cute hotel for families

My family of four stayed here for 2 nights over the holidays and really loved it. Roomy, quiet, comfortable, and the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. Toughest part was getting my daughters out of the massage chairs and away from the candies in the lobby! We plan to definitely stay here again.

I had a recent 6 day stay at the Wild Palms and found everything to my liking.
The hotel is located near on-ramps to major Bay Area locations. Pleny of good restraunts nearby. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well furnished with a little little alcove with desk space, phone, and lamp. This arrangement was geat for the business traveler. There was a "cooler" underneath the TV. This cooler was a small refrigerator that had the temperature control disabled. It kept drinks cool, but took some time. Beds were very comfortable. The exercise room had a treadmill, exercise bicycle,and a stair stepper. What was exceptional was the bottled water provided in the exercise room. It seem like all the little details that make a stay really enjoyable were provided. Breakfast was hearty with exceptional variety to get you started in the morning. There were two massage chairs in the lobby, which I made frequent use. Pool area was geat with plenty of towels, night lighting, and quiet atmosphere. The pool was not heated, so rather cool during the fall. The hot tub was nice. Overall, this place is what hospitality is about. My wife and I will certainly return when our vacation plans take us out to the South Bay Area.
