Awful Experience

I reserved, months in advance, a non smoking. When I checked in, I was given a smoking room and no alternative options. It was a vile experience and there was no attempt by the hotel to get me into another room during my two night stay.

It was the long overdue trip abroad to New Zealand with our stop off in Queenstown the highlight. The Heritage Hotel was a magnificent experience, with the staff winning us over from the moment we walked through the doors. I'm not one to generally write reviews, but on this occassion, I wanted to recommend the best place to stay in Queenstown.

There was an elegant kitchen with a preparation/breakfast bar island, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and Wastemaster, and full range of kitchen utensils, appliances, cookware, glassware, and crockery. There was also a private outdoor living with outdoor furniture.
