We bought the raomance package that included a Bottle of Champagne & chocolate dipped strawberries. While the Champagne was the inexpensive kind, the Stawberries were superb. the room was very quite and the manager upgraded us to the Executive Suite which had a Jacuzzi Tub at no extra charge when we told him that I was going to propose to my girl friend. They even had two swans made out of cloth napkins in wine glasses, kissing, next to the strawberries which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall the hotel & staff exceeded my expectations.

Overall if you want a large, spacious, modern facility, you can't beat the suites at this Hotel. I really enjoyed the berakfast buffet with my family which was included in my rate. The staff was very freindly and accomodating as well. I have family that lives in the Houston Area and I will be staying at this hotel again.

I stayed here at this hotel while it was under renovation last year and it was like staying in Hotel Beirut !! But they have done an excellent job with this hotel. The rooms are now gorgeous with two Flat Screen LCD's and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the the food in the restaurant was surprisingly very good. I also liked that fact that the WiFi and business center was free unlike at a Marriott where they charge for EVERYTHING !
I would highly recommend to all business travelers.

I stayed here as I was attending a conference just a mile away and thought the location and the advertised use of a free shuttle within a 5 mile radius would be perfect. Do not depend on the shuttle for transportation at this hotel. They kept telling me that they did not have a shuttle when I asked but they did have a minivan that they would drive me to my location in, if they could find a person to take me. Maintenance drove me once, a desk person once, and a manager another time. I had to wait over an hour for one of my arranged pick-ups when I was only a mile away. Staff was sometimes rude when I even inquired about getting a ride somewhere. The room was okay though there a number of things broken that were not fixed when I asked. The bathtub faucet had a constant leak which made it hard to sleep, the tv in the bedroom did not work at all, and the phone in the living area did not work either. Overall the stay was a disappointment and I would not stay in this hotel again.

We loved the room. We drove to Houston from Killleen. We had to call to get directions to the hotel. We where given the wrong directions from the hotel. We did finly get somebody from the hotel that gave us the right directions. The room was big enough to acomadate my family of five. The beds where very comfertable. The room was very well cleaned veryday. We always had fresh towels and the front desk was very helpfull with me about getting my computer to pick up there wireless internet service. My kids loved the indoor pool. We did order the room servce for breakfest and was pleased. I did however tryed to order a MudSlide from the darender and he did not know what a MudSlide was. We love to stay at this hotel again.
