Wonderful Staff

Springhill Suites has the most wonderful staff I have ever seen. Even before I arrived I called the hotel asking questions and they were always helpful. Upon arrival they went out of their way to make my family's stay alot easier. The front desk staff were kind and had a warm personallity and went out of their way to help. The housekeeping staff even made my 22 month old air mattress up and put away his toys (I brought a toy box). The hotel is very clean and is only a year old. The pool is small but is very nice. The only thing I wished is that there was direct acess from the inside the hotel to the restaurant.
