Our entire stay there was terrific - large rooms, the convenience of having the kitchen, beautiful view of the lake and mountains from our balcony. Food in the hotel restaurant was very good and very convenient to outside activities. We would ...Read more

The rooms and resort were awesome! The staff was friendly and had great recommendations. The concierge desk was very helpful for restaurants and resort services.

The location was great, right next to the beach and a close walk to shops and restaurants. Outside BBQ area came in handy for us. With grocery store neaby and beautiful weather we ended up getting food and BBQing one night. It is great with kids as ...Read more

This place was very nice, comfortable and a great deal. The only drawback was the distance from South Shore but they offered a shuttle for free. I would recommend people stay here.

We had a 2 queen studio; it was a slightly upscale hotel room with a kitchenette. The one thing that was convenient was they supplied the dishes and amenities in the kitchen. The kitchen consisted of microwave and refrigerator that is a given in ...Read more
Huge building, unfriendly (unless interested in time share) staff.

The "parking fee" was in reality a resort fee, as it was charged if you parked there or not! I felt this to be false advertising, as I would have stayed at another location if I had known the $* per day would be charged! The room was ...Read more
Timeshare property not worth the hassle

The room itself was excellent however as soon as we came in the door we were hassled by a timeshare employee who wouldn't take no for an answer, seemed more like a used car salesman to me. The cost to park was 16 dollars for one day and it wasn't ...Read more
