I travel a lot due to the fact that I am travel agent. I love staying at the Embassy because of their warth and the environment. The hotel is superb it has such a great feel to it. Tthe staff were excellent. The breakfast package they have is also one of the best. The fact that this hotel offers two room suites works well for my family of 5. I love the embassy, I enjoy staying there and I would definitely refer friends and family to stay there.

The hotel was being updated with new tile and paint while we were there. Other than closing most of the entryway while we were checking in, there was no noise or anything that bothered us.
The only two issues I had with the room were the large amount of rust in the bathtub that they attempted to put epoxy paint over without success and the worn out couch. I'm sure both will be replaced during the remodel, but the price of the room ($175.00) should have been lower, given the remodeling and such.
The room was pretty comfortable otherwise and the breakfast was better than many of the continental breakfasts I've seen at other hotels. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was good. I thought the Manager's Reception was a little lacking in the quality department. I think that for the price of the room, there could have been something other that pretzels & chips to go with the drinks. The Breakfast was Great! The Room was comfortable, everything was clean, the staff was excellent. My family enjoyed the stay very much.
Pros and Cons

The room layout was nice (2 room suite) but some things were a bit dingy. The sink and tub were clean but well worn. The idea of complimentary breakfast was nice but the food was pretty lousy. I ended up eating yogurt, a banana and some coffee even though they offered more.
Ewww! This place is going downhill fast!

Two words--BED BUGS! Management was accomodating getting us into another room and crediting us for the first night, but this is NOT the quality I expect from an Embassy Suites. When I stayed a couple of years back, it was great. Now the rooms are filthy, carpets sticky, bed bugs in the pullout couch. Even the second room on the "newly renovated" fifth floor was not as clean as I would like, and the couch, which supposedly had been replaced that year was uncomfortable. The pool was green and slimy, and the hot tub never got hot at all. The breakfast was decent, but too few tables for too many guests. The exercise room seemed nice, and we did enjoy the sauna. I would not stay here again.
