Beautiful property -- worse than dreadful customer service. In no way, shape, or form worth the extraordinary nightly rate. Stay anywhere else in Boulder. Trust me, a Holiday Inn Express would be a better experience.

This hotel came highly recommended to me by my Boulder-based client. The location, rooms and staff were all wonderful. Be sure to take advantage of the wonderful stone shower and huge, comfortable bathtub!

It is a shame that such a beautiful hotel is so poorly run. The service I received was abysmal at best. Upon returning home I felt compelled to write a two page letter of complaint to the general manager. He never responded. Absolutely, positively, ...Read more
