Disappointed

Never here again. Requested room with view, glass so dirty could barely see thru, requested cleaning ended streaked. The bath had missing grout and looked like mold growing. Do not think bath floor was mopped or the room was vacuumed our entire stay. Compared to their San Antonio hotel this rates a minus number. Not sure if drinking glasses was always clean, expected disposable drinking glasses and cups, not real glass. No lights in pool for evening swimming.
On a positive note, the club sandwich from the Glass Pavalion was great.
Would not stay there again!

Hotel room a total disappointment. Comforter all wrinkled like it was just slept on, bathroom floor dirty, carpet coming out the wall. This is not what the Omni Hotels are known for. Had to ask for different room. We had to sleep in room with 2 double beds because they had no more king bed rooms. My reservation was for king bed. Do not use this hotel if you expect a luxury place. For the money I paid, I would rate it a 2 star maybe! Male housekepper came in twice using his key without announcing. I was just out shower! Second time I was napping, just wanted to check if spray starch bottle in room. I didn't report him because I didn't want him to lose his job. As many people without jobs.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I was hesitant in booking this hotel. Turned out to be
a great experience. Check in was very fast. The front desk personnel were very friendly and gave us goodie backpacks for both of our children.
The rooms were very nice and clean, a bit small, but that did not bother us at all. It is more important to stay in a comfortable and clean room than a small and uncofortable place. I called the front desk at 10:30pm to get a crib for my son and within less than 10 minutes an employee delivered the crib. We had a wonderful experience and we'll definetly stay at the Omni Marina Tower again. KID FRIENDLY all the way!!! My children loved it as well..

We really only spent the night, didn't use any other amenities. Room was nice, great for kids.

We loved most everything about his hotel. The staff was excellent and we really enjoyed the temperature controlled pool and hot tub. However, when it came time to take showers our process was dramatically slowed, our shower was completely clogged. We had to wait 30 in between showers just for the water to go down in the bathtub.
