When cost is a factor

This hotel/motel is on a major highway/commerce route. As such, it is a basic, no frills sleeping facility. Budget is the strongest selling point here. The pool is small and murky and the "continental breakfast" is very limited. The rooms are mostly clean, but need maintenance (beds/doors especially). Limited laundry facilities are available and there is plenty of parking. While it is easy to find and is near several fast-food dining establishments, the hotel itself would not be the high point of a family vacation.
