This hotel is directly across from the Trade and Convention Centre which is where many of the Alaskan cruise ships dock. The rooms are very large and done in soothing peach and earth tones and include coffee maker and either 2 queen or 1 king size bed. The bathtub surround is done in marble and offers a mini loofah sponge as part of the toiletries. About 60% of the rooms offer a view of the harbour and the Heron Restaurant & Lounge has wall to ceiling windows to take advantage of the same view (partially blocked by the Pan Pacific Hotel). There is a year round heated outdoor pool that offers wonderful views of the city as well as a whirlpool, steam rooms and an exercise room. The lobby area features Coast Salish art and sculptures.
