Not worth the cost

"The Apex European is a reasonably good hotel that is too expensive given the location and amenities. There's substantial street noise, the "king" bed was two twins pushed together with inadequate padding, and the Internet access was an incredible rip-off. The breakfast is fine but worth nowhere near the price even if included in the room rate.You can get a better deal for an equivalent or better hotel elsewhere."
