Nice for the Price

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked out onto the atrium with the pool, recreation area, and breakfast area. The atrium area was a little in need of some updates, but overall it was very nice and the pool is a good size. The breakfast was good, but nothing special, no hot food, just cereal, muffins/danish, fruit, etc. It was made better by having such a pleasant open space in which to eat, not a cramped little room like some places have.

We were having trouble finding the hotel, so we called the hotel to ask for directions, the girl that answered the phone could barely help us. When we finally got there, we found out that there was only one entrance to the hotel, which meant that we had to carry all of our luggage to our room that was located on the other side of the building. We ate at the resturant, probably the only good experience we had. Didn't sleep good cause the beds were so hard. When we got up the next morning we discovered there was no running water. Then I discovered small dark curly hairs in some the wash cloths and on the bathroom floor. Called the front desk, a water main had broken and they were very sorry for the inconvience. We went down to the front desk to ask the manager if there was anything they could do for us, the manager wasn't going to be there until later that day, we were offered a free bottle of water. We felt so sorry for the girl at the front desk, we thought the manager should have came in to help her. There were people everywhere and the phone was ringing off the hook. I spoke with the manager by phone and reminded her that the only reason people stay in a hotel is to sleep (which we didn't get hardly any of because the bed was so hard), shower, brush there teeth, and do everthing else that requires water. We were finally offered $10 off which helped, but we still paid $* for nothing! The breakfast looked horrible, didn't try it though.

We needed a hotel close to the airport, flying out early the next morning. Only one night stay and not interested in the pool etc.(that they had). Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was fine, not fancy but clean and covered all the basic needs.
Business center there, so we could print out our boarding passes in advance, was a plus. And the hot breakfast was very good with friendly hostess.
All in all, this stay was positive and fit our needs.

My fiance and I had to get away from our 4 children for 1 weekend and I had no regrets choosing Quality Inn Westport. We had a blast, the beds were super comfortable, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi was a way to bring our childhood back. Thank you so much for the great customer service and quality service we received while staying at your hotel. Also the bar next door was a great way to start or finish the night. Had a blast!!!

When I arrived I was greeted by the desk clerk smoking outside.
When I checked in, I learned that the pool side room I had requested was up on the second floor over looking the pool. How convenient for me; a person with both knee replacements.
When I arrived in the room, I found that the floor lamp in the room had no light bulb. The coffee maker in the bathroom had no glass carafe.
All of this happen within the first 10 minutes of my entering the premises, which left me questioning whether or not I should stay there three nights.
The motel's over all appearance inside was a little rough, and I will assure you that I won't be staying there again.
